Reporting basis

Reporting on Rosebank Distillery's corporate events launch, using the distillery's own corporate events page and 2026–2027 events sheet, read on 23 October 2026, and Scottish Business News's report of 21 October 2026 for the reopening date, ownership history, parking and quote. What was announced

Rosebank Distillery in Falkirk has launched a corporate hire offer, with private meeting rooms, conference facilities and exclusive use of the distillery for business events and client entertainment. Scottish Business News reported the launch on 21 October 2026, and the distillery’s own website now carries a corporate events page and a 2026–2027 events sheet.

According to that report, the distillery reopened in 2024 after restoration, and is owned by the family drinks company Ian Macleod Distillers, which acquired it in 2017. Steven Arnott, brand home general manager at Rosebank, is reported as describing the corporate offer as “a natural next step in the site’s development”.

What the venue offers

The events sheet sets out three packages. Rosebank Academy meetings take up to 18 guests. Conferences and presentations use the Academy and Lounge for 20 to 40 guests. Exclusive hire of the distillery is for 40 to 80 guests and includes a welcome reception in the original distillery warehouse and a tutored tasting of Rosebank 31 Year Old.

Packages include a registration desk, AV connectivity and Wi-Fi, stationery and refreshments. Catering comes through the venue’s preferred supplier, and tours, tastings and transfers are optional extras. The sheet lists per-person rates of £25 for Academy meetings, £45 for conferences and presentations, and £50 afternoon or £60 evening for exclusive hire. Scottish Business News also reports free on-site parking.

What it means for organisers

Events Review’s reading, not a statement from the venue, is that this adds a small-capacity option to central Scotland’s list of distillery and heritage venues, between Glasgow and Edinburgh. At 40 delegates for a conference and 80 for exclusive hire, it suits board meetings, client entertainment and incentive groups rather than larger conferences. Organisers should check what is included at each rate, the minimum numbers, and how catering through the preferred supplier is priced.
