If you need healthcare or pharmaceutical meetings run across several countries, C2events gives you one agency for registration, travel, venues and delegate management, with one project lead as your point of contact. Its work runs from investigator meetings and advisory boards to congress logistics and internal company conferences, much of it outside the UK: the agency says that in the last 12 months it managed events in 20 countries and 37 cities across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and the USA. It is based at Cedar Court Office Park on Denby Dale Road West, Wakefield, and since December 2025 has been part of ITA Group, the US engagement company headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa.

You can hand over logistics, content, hybrid delivery and measurement to one team. C2events groups its services into six areas on its services page.
- Event management. Delegate management and registration software, logistics, venue sourcing, travel management, speaker management, content development and delegate communications, with one project lead as your point of contact. It also lists event measurement against ROX, ROI and ROO.
- Healthcare meetings. External events such as ad boards, congresses, master classes, product launches, symposia, investigator meetings and clinical trial meetings, and internal events such as sales meetings, roadshows, incentives, training and exhibitions. The agency gives a range of 10 to 5,000 healthcare professionals per event.
- Virtual and hybrid. Live streaming, pre-recorded content and custom platforms, which the agency says it delivers with specialist production partners.
- Delegate engagement. Concepts and content built around your objectives.
- Consultancy. A Strategic Meetings Management programme that reviews your processes, spend and metrics.
- Sustainability. TRACE carbon emission tracking and its own C2 a Greener Planet guide to planning lower-impact meetings.
Sectors and clients where its experience lies
If your event is in healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellbeing or biotech, you are in the markets the agency describes itself as specialist in, and it reports further experience in finance, energy, automotive, e-commerce and technology. It does not name clients on its site; case studies refer to a global healthcare client, a global pharmaceutical client or a financial services client. In the ITA Group announcement, executive director Mark Saxby said four of the agency’s five largest clients are US-based.
Recent work across clinical, congress and corporate events
The case studies show what you can hand over, from venue contracts to expenses. For a global healthcare client, C2events ran four back-to-back investigator meetings in 2025 in Chicago, Kuala Lumpur and Copenhagen, three days per destination and 1,550 delegates in total. It says it handled venue contracting including attrition and cancellation clauses, built an attendee app, arranged travel for 920 attendees and managed expense reimbursements.
At the EADV Congress 2024 in Amsterdam it managed housing, registration, flights, transfers, visa letters, shuttles and faculty logistics for 326 delegates from more than 14 countries on behalf of a pharmaceutical client, and supported the client’s symposium. The agency says the logistics followed each country’s pharmaceutical compliance guidelines.
For a financial services client it sourced Fairmont Windsor Park for a first Senior Leadership Summit in March 2026, eight weeks from enquiry to delivery, and covered registration, suppliers, catering, production and attendee gifts, with NKD, another ITA Group company, running the workshop content. Its All Company Meeting 2025 took 420 attendees to two venues at Woburn over four days.
Company background and ownership
You are dealing with an established, registered business whose leadership the December 2025 announcement said would stay in place. Companies House shows C2 Events Ltd (company 05089455) incorporated on 31 March 2004, with its registered office at the Wakefield address. Founder Cheryl Clarke started the business from her home. The agency says an Employee Ownership Trust bought a majority of the shares from Cheryl Clarke and Mark Saxby at the end of 2024, and that ITA Group, itself employee-owned, then acquired C2events; that announcement put the team at 40. C2events reports a Silver medal from EcoVadis, placing it in the top 15% of companies assessed; it held a Gold medal in May 2024. It lists no ISO 20121 certificate or trade association memberships on its site.
What to ask before you appoint them
These questions make clear who does what on your project and what it will cost.
- Since the move into ITA Group, ask which parts of your project would be handled in Wakefield and which by ITA Group teams in the US, London or Ipswich.
- For a meeting involving healthcare professionals, ask which compliance checks (country codes, transfer of value reporting, hospitality limits) C2events carries out, and which stay with your medical and legal teams.
- Ask whether the attendee app and registration software are its own or licensed, and where delegate and travel data is stored.
- Ask which virtual and hybrid production partners it would use for your event, and whether they are contracted through C2events.
- Ask to see the TRACE carbon report and the ROX, ROI or ROO measures from a comparable past event.
- Ask how it charges for travel booking and expense reimbursement on a multi-country programme.
