You can keep live event management, staging, film, design and digital content with one supplier, because DRPG runs each as a specialist agency inside one group. Its events brand, DRPG Experience, lists event management, live and brand experiences, in-house content, venue finding and reward and recognition trips, and the group says it holds ISO 20121 for event sustainability. DRPG started in 1980 as DRP Films, a one-man business in Dale Parmenter’s garden shed, and is now based at its Studio 212 complex in Hartlebury, Worcestershire.

Services

  • Event management
  • Live, virtual and hybrid events
  • Brand experience and exhibition stands
  • Content (film, design, digital)
  • Location and venue finding
  • Reward and recognition incentives

You can brief one discipline or the whole chain. DRPG Experience groups its offer as follows.

  • Event management: end-to-end planning and delivery of conferences, sales kick-offs, award shows and internal events.
  • Live, virtual and hybrid events: in-person shows plus broadcast and streamed formats with online audience interaction.
  • Brand experience: brand activations, exhibition stand design and build, pop-up activations and product launch environments, according to its expertise page.
  • Content: film, animation and graphics made by its own teams, with sister agencies DRPG Film, DRPG Design and DRPG Digital.
  • Location: venue finding worldwide to match a brief and budget. The group launched its venue finder service, Venuepot, in 2003.
  • Reward and recognition: incentive trips for staff, an offer the group added in 2007.

Sectors and clients

You are likely to find work in your own sector on file. DRPG names automotive, pharmaceuticals, technology, finance, healthcare and retail among the industries it serves. Clients on its events case-study pages include BT, Asda, Tesco, INEOS Automotive, Lenovo, Ducati, Amazon, John Lewis, Ferrari and the Greek power company PPC, and it was Official Promotional Events Services Provider to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Recent work

You can gauge the scale DRPG handles from these projects. The figures are the agency’s own.

  • BT Consumer Live: a one-day conference with a main stage arena, a 1,000-person breakout space and an exhibition. DRPG says a 45 by 6 metre LED main stage surrounded a live audience of 4,500, and the evening show was also streamed.
  • Asda values relaunch: a new internal brand for each company value, launched at Asda’s strategy conference in Leeds for 2,700 employees with XR elements, and since rolled out to over 145,000 colleagues.
  • INEOS Grenadier pop-up: an interactive activation at Battersea Power Station with an AI photo booth. DRPG reports fully booked test drives and over 1,150 new prospects from 17 countries.
  • Commonwealth Games volunteer orientation: a broadcast built on a custom set at Studio 212 that DRPG says reached over 14,000 volunteers.
  • Lenovo sales kick-off: a talk-show style broadcast for North American partners, with over 1,400 live and on-demand participants, 15% above target, and a 94% satisfaction rate.

Company

You deal with a long-established business with its own production base. DRPG says it employs over 400 people across the UK, Europe and the US. It lists offices in Hartlebury (global headquarters), London (8 Dean Street), Manchester, Birmingham, Apex in North Carolina and Cologne. Its privacy notice names DRP UK Ltd (company 03653794, incorporated in 1998, per Companies House) as the trading company, part of DRP Holdings Limited (04519180). Group brands also include TSEC, OWB, Penguins, A-Vision, Firehouse, Liquona and RP Next. DRPG is a certified B Corp, and its 2026 sustainability charter says British Assessment Bureau audited it to ISO 14001 and ISO 20121 in February 2025 with no nonconformities. It also holds a Queen’s Award for Enterprise for Sustainable Development. No minimum project size or rates are published.

What to ask before you appoint them

  • Which DRPG brand and office would hold your contract, and would film, design or digital work be passed to a sister agency?
  • Would DRPG suggest Studio 212 in Hartlebury for your broadcast or hybrid event, and how is the studio priced against an outside venue?
  • If DRPG finds your venue, is it paid commission by the venue, and will it show you the rates it negotiated?
  • Does the ISO 20121 certificate cover your event’s scope, and will you get an emissions or sustainability report for your own event?
  • For a US or European event, would the Apex or Cologne team deliver it, or would crew travel from the UK?
  • Which of the published audience figures, such as Lenovo’s 94% satisfaction rate, came from DRPG’s own surveys, and can you see the method?
