You can put strategy, creative, production, broadcast and on-site operations with one agency, and check its standards first, because Identity publishes ISO certificates for quality, health and safety, environmental and information security management. If your event involves heads of state, government stakeholders or tight accreditation, you also get a team whose published record includes COP28, the London ceremonial events for the King’s Coronation and the 2024 European Political Community summit. Identity Global calls itself an experience agency, works from London, Eastbourne, Manchester and a production and fabrication site in Hertford, and has regional offices in Europe, the Gulf, the USA and Australia.

Sectors and clients

You can test its fit against your own sector, because its FAQs list where it works: government and public sector, technology, financial services, sport, media and entertainment, FMCG, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, gaming and esports, and international organisations. Public-sector clients it names include the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, the Home Office, the United Nations and INTERPOL. It says it has delivered work in more than 50 countries. Specialist group brands handle some sectors, including Identity Sport, Identity Travel, IdentityCoda for healthcare events, NJ Live for gaming, Dreamlike Studio for content and Event Planning Group for major events and expos.

Recent work

These case studies show you what the agency took on for each client and what it reports came of it.

COP28 in Dubai was run for the UAE Government over 14 days. Identity says it had nine months to deliver brand and experience design and event management for the Blue Zone, for more than 80,000 attendees, 166 world leaders, over 5,000 media and more than 3,000 virtual participants, and that it came in well within budget.

Rubrik Forward 2026 marked the conference’s return to a fully in-person format after three years. Identity built a central Rubrik Pavilion with demo zones, a single route through partner spaces and McLaren F1 simulators, and reports that the event met every KPI Rubrik set and beat its targets for executive meetings and sales leads.

ITV Palooza 2025, ITV’s upfront for advertisers, was held for the first time at the Barbican. Identity ran AV, projection mapping and lighting, talent and green room management, and a live recreation of 15 classic adverts.

WWF’s 2023 State of the Planet Address turned four gallery rooms at Frameless in London into forest environments for 300 guests. The agency also lists Arm Everywhere, a product launch at Fort Mason with a keynote and two livestreams, and Webflow Conf 2026 across five floors of a Boston hotel.

Company

You can verify who you are contracting with before you sign. The site names the trading company as Identity Events Management Ltd, number 04217845, which Companies House shows was incorporated on 16 May 2001 as Downland Exhibitions Limited, with its registered office in Hailsham, East Sussex. Its policies page publishes ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 certificates, a carbon reduction plan to PPN 06/21 and a supplier code of conduct. The contact page lists 3 Valentine Place, London SE1 8QH, offices in Eastbourne and Manchester, production and fabrication in Hertford, and regional offices in Dublin, Riyadh, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, New York, Irvine and Fortitude Valley in Queensland. It does not publish a team size or minimum budget.

What to ask before you appoint them

  • The group runs several brands. Which company would hold your contract, and would Identity Sport, Event Planning Group or another group brand deliver part of it?
  • Would your set and stand build be made at the Hertford fabrication site, and can you see it before it ships?
  • Does the ISO 27001 certificate cover the registration and event website systems that would hold your delegates’ data?
  • Identity says it builds measurement into every brief. Which KPIs would it set for your event, and will you get a report against them like the one published for Rubrik?
  • For a UK event, would the London, Eastbourne or Manchester team run it, and who is your day-to-day contact?
  • With no published minimum, what is the smallest budget it would take on, and how are agency fees shown against supplier costs?
