What the venue publishes
Harrogate Convention Centre says it offers more than 147,000 sq ft of space and describes itself as a home of events since 1835. Its capacity table lists the Auditorium at 1,977 theatre-style, the Royal Hall at 978, Studio One at 1,200 theatre, 840 cabaret or 750 banquet, and the Queen’s Suite at 600 theatre. Exhibition space runs across Halls A, B, C, D, M and Q, with Hall Q the largest at 3,285 sq m.
The table also shows which spaces are divisible and which have their own entrance, which matters when two events share the building. The venue’s public calendar mixes trade shows, such as Harrogate Fashion Week and the Home and Gift Buyers’ Festival, with consumer events.
