Riverside art gallery in Wakefield that hires an auditorium, learning studios, café and galleries for meetings, conferences, receptions and launches.
What the venue publishes
The Auditorium, on the ground floor with river views, holds up to 100 theatre style or 90 for dining and has Wi-Fi, a large screen, an integrated projector and a lectern. It can be hired seven days a week, including evenings. Four Learning Studios off the foyer take up to 50 each theatre style, or 120 when combined, and can serve as breakout rooms.
The licensed café, with a riverside terrace and sculpture garden, seats 80 cabaret style or 70 for formal dining, or takes 180 standing. Events during opening hours include free access to the galleries, which can also be hired out of hours for receptions, networking and private tours. The gallery also offers tours and creative workshops for away days. It is a registered charity.
