Visitor attraction in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter that hires its upper-level suites and galleries for conferences, exhibitions and dinners.
What the venue publishes
Titanic Belfast’s conference page lists the Titanic Suite with a maximum capacity of 800, the Olympic Suite (250), the Andrews Gallery (200), and the Britannic Suite and The Bridge (150 each). It lists natural daylight, wifi and on-site parking across these spaces, and in-house catering.
In September 2026 the venue reopened the Titanic Suite, which houses its replica Grand Staircase, after a refurbishment. It described this as the first phase of an investment programme across its Level 5 and 6 event and hospitality spaces, and said 60 events were scheduled between September and December 2026.
Questions for your brief
- What is the capacity of each space in your layout, rather than the maximum figure?
- How do attraction opening hours and visitor flows affect delegate arrival, load-in and evening access?
- Are further refurbishment phases planned around your dates, and could works affect the spaces you would use?
- Can delegate access to the visitor experience be included, and on what terms?
