Westpoint is an arena and showground on 150 acres at Clyst St Mary, just outside Exeter and a few minutes from junction 30 of the M5. It hosts exhibitions, shows, concerts, sporting events, conferences and business meetings, and has free parking for more than 2,000 vehicles next to the halls.
Arena
The indoor arena is the largest in the South West, with over 4,500m² of space and capacity for up to 7,500 standing. It is offered on a flexible dry-hire basis, so for larger productions organisers bring their own lighting, rigging points, power distribution and backstage set-up. Outdoor grounds, gardens and woodland areas are also available for shows and larger events.
Conference and meeting spaces
The purpose-built Conference Suite has a 420m² main room with daylight and direct garden access, taking up to 300 theatre style or 250 cabaret, with a foyer for registration and catering. It can be hired on its own or alongside an arena event. The upstairs Ivington Suite, reached by lift, takes up to 250 theatre or 200 cabaret, and the Meeting Studio is used for smaller meetings. The in-house events team puts packages together for each event.
