You can run a meeting for two people or a dinner, conference or exhibition for up to 600 under one roof, with more than 800 free parking spaces on site, wi-fi and built-in presentation screens in every event space, according to the club. Celtic Park is the home stadium of Celtic Football Club in the East End of Glasgow, about two miles from the city centre, and its Celtic Park Events team hires out the stadium’s suites, lounges and boxes. The club describes the stadium as a 60,000-capacity all-seater ground, the largest football stadium in Scotland.

You can book five types of space separately or together, so a large plenary can sit next to its own breakout rooms. The largest is the Kerrydale Suite in the Jock Stein Stand, which the club lists for up to 600 guests, with six lounges on the same floor that can serve as breakout, team-building or drinks reception areas. The club publishes one capacity figure per space without naming the layout, and it does not publish floor areas, so the layout columns below are left blank. It says it can set rooms theatre, boardroom, cabaret, U-shape, banquet and reception style.

The Number Seven Restaurant looks out over the pitch and has its own kitchen and its own entrance, which helps if you want a dinner that runs separately from a daytime conference elsewhere in the stadium. The Club Celtic Lounges each have screens and projectors built in. The Jock Stein Lounge has a dedicated catering area and two bars, so it can move from a daytime conference to an evening drinks reception. The private boxes overlook the stadium and suit one-to-one breakouts, interviews or hot-desk use.
Getting there and parking
Your delegates can drive straight in, as the club says there are over 800 complimentary on-site car parking spaces for events. By road, the M8 junctions 12, 13 and 14 serve traffic from the east and west, and the M74 and M73 bring you in from the north and south via the A74 London Road exit. Dalmarnock station, on the line from Glasgow Central and Argyle Street, is within walking distance; the club puts Dalmarnock and Bridgeton within half a mile and lists Dalmarnock as step-free. Bellgrove, from Queen Street, is about a mile away. Buses 2, 61, 64, 255 and 240 from the city centre stop at the Forge Shopping Centre on the Gallowgate, about a mile from the stadium. Glasgow Airport is about 12 miles away, which the club puts at 20 minutes by motorway.
Catering, AV and accommodation
Catering is handled by the venue’s own chefs, so you deal with one team for the room and the food. The club lists breakfasts, working lunches, buffets, formal dining and bespoke menus, and asks you to give dietary and allergy needs in advance. It offers day delegate rates or room hire only, but does not publish the prices. All event spaces have built-in screens and free wi-fi, and the club says it can arrange extra technical support and equipment. The club says there is lift access to every event space and accessible toilets throughout the stadium. You can add a guided stadium tour or a pitchside photo to an event; public tours last an hour and visit the boardroom, tunnel, dressing room and dugout.
What to ask before you book
- Which layout the 600 figure for the Kerrydale Suite refers to, and what the theatre, banquet and cabaret numbers are, since the club gives only one figure per space.
- Whether your date clashes with a home fixture or a public event, as matchday parking in the Lisbon Lions car park is limited and charged, unlike the free event parking.
- Whether the six lounges beside the Kerrydale Suite can be held for your breakouts, and how many private boxes are free on the day.
- What the day delegate rate includes and how it compares with room hire only, as neither price is published.
- What extra AV the club supplies beyond the built-in screens, and whether a large conference in the Kerrydale Suite needs additional screens.
- Step-free routes from the car park and from Dalmarnock station to your rooms; the club has a Disability Access Officer and a sensory room for fans, so ask how these apply to events.
